Rich Hanlon pleads guilty! After nearly two years of delayed trials, Rich Hanlon pled guilty to the charge of second degree arson in the burning of Capone's in Post Falls. He faces a maximum sentence of 15 years, with two years in prison fixed. Once again, thanks so much to our friends and customers who have supported us during this time!
